At Shyam Products, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, charges, and more.

  1. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver across India to all major cities and towns, including both metro and non-metro areas.

Note: Some remote areas may have limited delivery options. In such cases, we may contact you for alternative arrangements or reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund.

  1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation and payment.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume, festive season delays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be extended. You will be notified via email.

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹2000
  • For orders below that amount, a standard shipping fee of  ₹499 will apply.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee may be applicable ₹100.

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during checkout before you make the payment.

  1. Delivery Partners

We work with leading and trusted courier companies including:

  • Delhivery
  • Ekart Logistics

Each shipment will be assigned a tracking number and a tracking link will be shared via email  once your order is dispatched.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an:

  • Email  with the courier tracking number
  • Link to track your order online through the courier’s website

  1. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
  • Couriers will make 3 delivery attempts at your provided address.
  • If the address is incomplete or incorrect, the shipment may be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
  • Please ensure your phone number, pin code, and address are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.

  1. Delay in Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Courier service delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Government lockdowns or border closures

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed. However, Shyam Products is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

  1. Damaged or Opened Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be:

  • Tampered with
  • Opened
  • Damaged
  • Missing items

DO NOT accept the package.

We will investigate the issue and initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

  1. Undeliverable Orders

In rare cases, an order may be marked undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete contact information
  • Refusal to accept the order
  • Delivery partner constraints

Such orders will be returned to us. Upon return, we will contact you and offer to reship the product (with updated address) or refund the amount minus any shipping or COD charges.

For wholesale, dealer, or institutional orders:

  • Delivery timelines may differ depending on stock availability and location.
  • Bulk shipping charges will be communicated before dispatch.
