A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

✅ The product is in its original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice

Non-returnable items include:

  1. Tools and Parts
  • Return accepted within 7 days for manufacturing defects or wrong item shipped.
  • Used or installed items are not eligible for return.

  • Return accepted only if:
    • The item is damaged or broken during shipping

  • Items must be untouched, unworn, and with all tags.
  • No returns for hygiene wear (like earrings or body jewellery).

  2. Approval
    Our team will verify the issue and approve the return if it meets eligibility criteria. You will be informed within 3 business days.
  3. Pickup / Return Shipping
    • For eligible cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost (in serviceable pin codes).
    • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will be asked to send the product back using a reliable courier, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping charges with proof.
  4. Inspection
    Once the item reaches our facility, it will be inspected. This process may take 5–7 business days.
  5. Replacement or Refund
    • If the returned item passes inspection, we will either ship a replacement or process a refund, as per your preference.
    • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For jewellery or fragile items, video proof is strongly recommended.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds
