All online payments made on our website are securely processed through our authorized payment partner Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”). Customers may use UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or other Razorpay-supported payment methods.

By completing a payment, you authorize Razorpay and Shyam Product to process, collect, and settle your payment in accordance with applicable laws and Razorpay’s policies.

Payment Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. If the payment fails, please retry or contact our customer support.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.

• Standard delivery timelines range from 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

• Delivery delays may occur due to third-party logistics, holidays, or unforeseen events.

• The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to your address.

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return & Replacement Policy:

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
